Our Vision What if we could use genetics to diagnose autism at a very early age? The genetics revolution has made sequencing affordable, empowering large-scale clinical and research initiatives around the genetics of autism. Using genetics and phenotypic biomarkers to diagnose autism at a very early age will offer opportunities to dramatically impact the trajectory of children's lives What if we could develop personalized treatment for each individual with autism? By bringing together the knowledge gained from genetics research and updated treatment approaches, we'll be able to design more effective interventions that target the specific challenges each person's autism creates in his/her life. What if we could scale the treatments we develop so that those who typically can't access them will be able to? If more people with autism could access the services they need, imagine the widespread impact on treatment outcomes. The quality of life for these members of our community would be significantly improved, creating a ripple effect to caregivers, employers, and other important people in the lives of individuals with autism.
